• No Returns Except for Manufacturing Defects:
  Returns are accepted only if the product is delivered with a manufacturing defect. Any other return requests will not be entertained.

  Customers must report any manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised beyond this timeframe may be declined at the seller's discretion.

• Proof Requirement:
  Customers are required to record an unboxing/seal-opening video when receiving the product. This video will serve as essential proof to process any return requests.

In Case of a Genuine Return Complaint

1. Replacement Policy:

   • Free return pick-up and replacement will be provided for products with verified manufacturing defects.

2. Refund Policy (if applicable):

   • Refund calculations will be based on the final order value of the product and not the selling price.
   • The refund decision by Gearz Clothing will be final and binding.

Additional Notes

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
